It was built in 1986 for Coleman Aerospace, a NASA subsidiary, and since 2004 Lakehurst Building went through a major renovation and has become a major corporate development center including companies such as, Florida Christian University, SOAR Global Institute, Nesysco Inc., Harvest English Institute, among others local, national and international companies.
